Shipping for Flowers and Perishable Items Items Requiring Special Handling Undeliverable Packages Out of Stock Items Order Tracking Delivery to the United States Most of our items are shipped directly from the Pacific Islands where they are made. We ship to all fifty United States as well as U.S. territories. Delivery times and shipping cost will very based on where your item is shipped from – our Pacific Islands or United States locations. We have provided you with shipping schedules for items that originate from the United States. For Items that originate in the South Pacific, please read below delivery information. Shipped from the South Pacific When an item is shipped directly from one of our South Pacific locations, we note that in the product detail section for your review. These items will have longer shipping times, 10-16 days, and are subject to international duties and taxes. These orders are charged a flat rate for shipping, duties, and applicable taxes. The flat rate will be listed in your shopping cart once the product has been added to cart and will calculate for you at the last step of the purchase process. Items shipped from the South Pacific are shipped USPS Priority Mail only. Please also click on special handling requirements. For United States deliveries we need a complete street address for shipping. All standard shipments are shipped via FedEx Economy or USPS Priority Mail. Our priority shipments are shipped via FedEx Express Air, which is available for an additional $11.00. FedEx Express Air typically arrives before 4:30pm on the next business day after shipment for west cost areas. It will arrive before 4:30pm on the second business day for most other destinations. Any shipments to military APO/FPO mail boxes or Post Office Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the standard shipping rate listed below. For delivery to a APO/FPO or PO Box address, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from the time you place your order.

Flowers and Leis are shipped fresh from our farm in Hawaii. To ensure that your flowers and leis reach their destination in the highest quality, these items are shipped FedEx Express Air only. FedEx Express typically arrives before 4:30pm on the next business day after shipment for West Coast areas. It will arrive before 4:30pm on the second business day for all other destinations. Most items can be shipped as soon as the next business day after an order is placed. For your convenience, you can also include delivery instructions in the comment box during check out. Oversized, heavy, and very fragile items are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the item’s size, weight, courier packaging requirements, fragileness, and foreign duties & taxes requirements (if applicable). Items shipped directly from the South Pacific will also require special handling. Items shipped from the South Pacific will note “Shipped from the South Pacific” on their product detail pages. These items are handmade and can’t be replicated (no item is exactly the same). Therefore, we put tremendous care and resource into ensuring the safe delivery of your purchase. The shipping charges for items requiring special handling are either indicated on their product detail pages or will be calculated for you at the last step of the purchase process. For purchases greater than $300.00, you will be contacted within 3 business days of your purchase date to arrange a delivery time. Please note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery. These items will usually have longer shipping times, 10-16 days. Undeliverable Packages Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we make three attempts to notify you (using the contact information you provided to us when you placed your order). Two attempts will be made by email then one last attempt by phone. If you can’t be reached, your order will be void. We issue a full refund (including shipping charges) for all returns resulting from South Pacific Soul errors. For returns resulting from customer errors such as incorrect or incomplete address, a $15.00 re-routing fee will be imposed by our courier and charged to your account, as well as the return shipping charge. Please read Why Was My Package Undeliverable below for more details. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons: Incorrect Address: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination. For more information on entering an APO or FPO address at check out, please see links below. Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address: The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address for your Amazon.com orders. All orders with "PO BOX" in the address are automatically delivered by U.S. Mail, although, occasionally another carrier may take the package from our fulfillment center to the local post office. Also, if you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service only forwards first-class mail and magazines, and does not forward packages. Address Format: If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. Also, if you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service. Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400.00 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Refused by Recipient: If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. Out of Stock Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via phone or e-mail. Your credit card will only be billed for items after they are shipped. Therefore, charges for out of stock items will not appear on your invoice or bill. When we contact you, we will do our best to provide you with similar alternatives. To show our appreciation for your business, we will extend a 5% discount (*not applicable if other discounts are being applied to your purchase) off the purchase price of these alternative items. As a valued customer, you will also have the option of purchasing your original item on backorder. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. How to Track Your Order To track your order, please log into your South Pacific Soul account. Your tracking number will post to your South Pacific Soul account within 1-2 days of your order being shipped. Your tracking number is shown as a link, which takes you directly to your currier’s website. Please follow currier tracking instructions once you access their website. |
