SPS Return/Exchange Information


Within 90 days of purchase, any merchandise that has not been used or damaged may be returned along with the corresponding receipt or invoice for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase. Any refunds of purchases made by check or cash will be issued by mail check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of any mail checks. For credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges require a shipping and handling fee of $6.50. Please fill out your credit card information below or include a check for payment.

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order.

  • Fill out the Return/Exchange Form below and include this form with your returned merchandise.
  • Wrap the merchandise to be returned. You may use the original package in which you received your order. Please wrap the package securely.

  • Mail your package. Items mailed in for return or exchange must be prepaid. No CODs.
