How to Return an Item

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will send you a prompt refund, exchange or credit, whichever you prefer.

Exchange and Return Policy:


• With receipt - Within 60 days of purchase, any merchandise that has not been used or damaged may be returned along with the corresponding receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Without receipt - Merchandise Credit may be issued for items, which have not been used or damaged that are returned without a receipt for the current selling price.
• Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the purchase. Any refunds of purchases made by check or cash, and all non-cleared checks, in excess of 100.00 will be issued by mail check.


Returning/Exchanging Online Purchases
Enclosed with every Internet order, you'll find a receipt that includes a refund and exchange form. Fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include form.

For exchanges, please include payment for $8.00 for return shipping/handling via credit card or check/money order. If you received damaged goods or incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order.

Credit Card Refunds


On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
