Fodors.com, last March, asked the traveler on the Travel Talk to share their experiences when visiting the Eternal City at the canal site forums (Fodors.com / forums). The question asked is, “Where in Rome, you should spend the Romans?” Below are some answers from the forum members

11. Smallest restaurant in Trastevere also offers more value for every penny you spend, rather than say, a restaurant in the hills near the Spanish Steps or in other areas around the center of Rome.
